The room we were initially given was not clean and did not meet our bed preferences, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a better room with a large double bed. Despite some cleanliness issues, the hotel's location near the train station was very convenient. The staff was generally helpful in addressing our concerns.
